Over the next five years, we will focus our collective energy on five strategic pillars. Five commitments that will shape the next generation and strengthen the witness of our fellowship.
The 5 Pillars
1. Build Healthy Churches
We will strengthen and multiply healthy churches that thrive spiritually, relationally, and organizationally. Through intentional training, leadership development, strategic assessments, and ministry best practices, our congregations will be equipped to grow in faith, service, and community influence.
2. Cultivate a Generation of Dreamers
We are committed to raising a Generation of Dreamers—children and youth who know God personally, think critically, and serve purposefully. To achieve this vision, we will expand educational initiatives and establish Church of God by Faith Christian Academies across our districts, empowering the next generation to lead with faith, wisdom, and excellence.
3. Expand Church Benefit Services
We will enhance and expand benefit services that promote the well-being and stability of those who serve in ministry. From retirement and insurance solutions to family support resources, we are devoted to caring for the spiritual and practical needs of those who dedicate their lives to advancing the Kingdom.
4. Establish a National Emergency Fund
In response to the increasing challenges of natural and financial crises, we will create a designated National Emergency Fund—a proactive solution for churches without traditional wind coverage. This fund will provide swift recovery and relief assistance to churches and ministries in times of disaster or urgent need, reflecting our unity, stewardship, and preparedness as a fellowship.
5. Foster Legacy Giving
We will promote a culture of legacy stewardship, encouraging individuals, families, and partners to invest in the enduring mission of the Church through planned giving. This initiative will ensure that our faith, values, and ministry impact continue to bless generations to come.
